Thank you for joining us for our annual Reformation Trunk or Treat festival as we bring the St. John mission and ministry of Christ from our Church, Childcare and Preschool into our community!
Please fill out the form below to let us know that you intend to have a vehicle "Trunk" decorated to hand out "Treats". Feel free to get creative with your theme and feel free to substitute a "treat" for something healthier or for a prize/craft - totally up to you! Your contact info will be used solely to let you know the details for the day.

Please plan to arrive no later than 10:30am for set up and please do your best to be cleaned up and leaving by 1:15pm (There is a 2pm wedding at the church that day!). Thanks, we look forward to seeing you there!
