Trunk or Treat
Thank you for your interest in our Reformation Trunk or Treat event! This event takes place in October on the last Saturday at 11am-1pm. Instead of (or in addition to) dressing up and trick or treating in your neighborhood, we have a safe, family friendly event in the church parking lot where people decorate their trunks and hand out candy or toys. There are two ways you can participate in this event: hosting a trunk or simply attending!
Host a Trunk
If you sign up to decorate your trunk, try to incorporate a Christian theme. You can make it as simple or as elaborate as you want. If you just want to put a couple pumpkins in your trunk and call it good, that is fine. Or if you want to dress up in a costume and make props that surround your vehicle in addition to decorating your trunk, that is fine too! See below for some past ideas! Sign up to host a trunk in the church narthex starting in October, or CLICK HERE to sign up online. Set up begins at 10:15am in the parking lot the morning of trunk or treat.
Attend
If you aren't able to host a trunk, please bring your kids/grandkids to "trunk or treat" at the trunks! You can have them dress up in a costume, or just come as you are. There will also be snacks and a craft activity. This is a free community event for you to attend that takes place in our church parking lot. Please invite your friends and neighbors!
